Frequent Questions

An anecdote is a short funny or interesting story about someone.

If you don’t supply one with your order then unfortunately we havn’t got time to chase you up – we’ll just take it that you prefer not to go that deep ….and that’s fine –  we’ll not hassle you to provide one

BUT…we think it adds to the excitement if Santa, in his letter to your child, mentions something that they will be amazed that Santa actually knows about it. And that’s where YOU come in

Please supply a few words about a really nice event, act of kindness, funny moment etc etc that your child was involved in – in the past year

Things like:-
“I was really pleased this summer when you helped a bee with some sugar & water”

“My elves tell me you’re doing really well in school and that your favourite subject is maths. You are bright, Rebecca – keep up the good work!”

“I see you had a great time exploring in Scotland on your holidays – you looked as though you were really enjoying it Ho Ho Ho!”

Etc etc.

You can go up to 100 words if you really want to spruce it up – we’ll just copy and paste it so please be careful with grammar and typos.

Please type your anecdotes as though you are Santa – so for example “She learnt how to ride her bike this year” Could be: “My elves told me you learned how to ride your bicycle this year!  Amazing! Well Done, Rebecca”

It saves us time and allows us more time to add more finishing touches!

No problem – we’ll try and pad it out a bit

At least give us the child’s name and where they live (town or village)

BUT…it will be much more special the more effort YOU put in.  #justsaying
